Kendal Shepard established Mystic Education & Safety In 2011 to support the North West region with more training opportunities for First Aid, Lifeguarding, Lifesaving, and Swimming, courses and programs from Lifesaving Society, and the Canadian Red Cross.

With over 23 years of instructional and leadership experience, MES brings quality programs to you and is dedicated to improving the Health and Wellness of the local regional communities.

• First Aid (OFA Level 1 Equivalent) Instructor and Trainer

• Marine Basic First Aid Instructor

• Basic Life Support, Airway Management, and Oxygen Therapy Instructor

• Swimming, and Lifesaving, Instructor, and Trainer

• Lifesaving Society Apprenticeship Supervisor for all streams.
